The 16th International Conference on Secondary Ion Mass Spectrometry, SIMS XVI has been held at Ishikawa Ongakudo (Concert Hall & Hogaku Hall) in Kanazawa. This series of the conferences has become the representative forum on the recent developments, future of SIMS technology and its related topics
The Japan workshop on Dynamic SIMS has been held four times at Seikei University in Tokyo.(December,2005-March,2007 at Seikei University)
