第14回成蹊SIMS国際シンポジウム(SISS-14)
目的
SIMS新技術WGでは、TOF-SIMS, Dynamic SIMS, Atom Probe およびその関連分野に関する国際シンポジウムを開催いたします。イオンを活用した新たな計測手法への展開を目指して活発な議論ができる場にしたいと考えています。本年度はイメージングSIMSセッションを特別に設け、微細領域分析の最先端について議論できる場を設けました。皆様の積極的なご参加をお待ちしております。
日程：2012年5月31日、6月1日 10:00-18:00
会場：東京・吉祥寺/成蹊大学14号館4階会議室・小会議室

発表申込期限：口頭発表は2012年3月20日まで、ポスター発表は4月20日まで。

発表方法：口頭発表は英語での発表をお願いします。スライド、ポスターは必ず英文で作成してください。ポスター発表では、1分間のフラッシュ発表もお願いしています。詳細は発表者に後ほど連絡いたします。
参加費：一般 5,000円、学生 2,000円 (いずれも懇親会費を含みます)
